Introduction
The MRUN Research Collaboration Program has been established for significant research projects that require mentors from five (5) Research Universities to guide a network of public universities in Malaysia, such as the Malaysia Technology University Network (MTUN), the Malaysia Community University Network (MCUN), as well as Focus Universities and Islamic Universities. The MRUN Translational Research Grant (UM-Partner RU), is a grant that focuses on research that yields clear, measurable outcomes and benefits. It assesses the success of participating universities and academics and the overall impact on Malaysian industry, communities, and society. Additionally, the grant is open to researchers interested in conducting collaborative group research that encourages multidisciplinary cooperation. The aim is to address various issues within the community across multiple aspects.
